HEBEI OUYANG SAFETY TOOLS CO., LTD. as a professional manufacturer since 1983 for Non-sparking, Non-magnetic Safety Hand Tools (also known as spark resistant hand tools), which made by special Aluminum-Bronze (Al-Br) or Copper-Beryllium (Cu-Be) alloys for safe use in Ex zones where hazardous, flammable or combustible vapors, liquids, dusts or residues may be present.

Our line of non-sparking safety tools consists of wrenches, hammers, pliers, flange wedges, striking wrenches, impact sockets, screwdrivers, shovels ,tools kits and other safety hand tools. They comply with ATEX Directives for Ex Zones 0, 1 and 2 (Flammable Gas, Mists or Vapors); Zones 20, 21 and 22 (Combustible Dusts); and M1 and M2 for mining. Also we could produce all kinds of brass hammer, copper hammers,special steel hand tools, titanium hand tools, insulated hand tools, stainless steel hand tools (304 & 420) etc, which cover 400 classes, 3000 specs. Moreover, we want to emphasize that to our beryllium mater alloy import from Kazakhstan, which make the raw materials of non-sparking tools pure, and ensure our non-sparking tools high quality.

We have a complete product quality monitoring system, with alloy materials physical and chemical analysis room, mechanical property testing room, non-sparking non-magnetic performance inspection and testing center. From raw materials to factories to product shipments, we have carried out checks at various levels, laying a solid foundation for safe products.

Our products are inspected according to the standard GB / T10686-2013 and meet the standard requirements. This product can effectively prevent flammable explosions caused by friction and collision between tools and work objects, ensuring national property and personal safety. Widely used in petroleum, chemical, mining, anti-magnetic field, coal mine, oil production, gas production, oil and gas pipelines, power generation, metallurgy, aviation, storage and transportation, pharmaceuticals, gas production, plastics, chemical fiber, leather, and other industries. Also our produces more than 30 series of steel special tools with more than 1,000 specifications. The product complies with the national standard GB / T4388-4393-1995. Percussion wrenches, dead wrenches, plum wrenches and other products meet German standards.

Our titanium alloy tools produced by the company are forged from titanium alloy materials. They are non-magnetic, anti-corrosive, lightweight, and durable. They are special tools for aviation, aerospace, medical, and high magnetic field operations.

How to choose the correct tools for your application:

Non-sparking, non-magnetic hand tools are made of Aluminum-Bronze (Al-Br) or Copper-Beryllium (Cu-Be). These alloys are specifically designed to eliminate the risk of sparks at sites where explosive atmospheres may be present. Explosive atmospheres are classified by Ex Zones where hazardous, flammable or combustible vapors, liquids, dusts or residues may be present.

Non-sparking hand tools, also known as spark resistant tools, comply with ATEX directives for Ex Zones 0, 1 and 2 (Flammable Gas, Mists or Vapors); Zones 20, 21 and 22 (Combustible Dusts); and M1 and M2 for mining. Our non-sparking hand tools are etched with the Ex Zone classification into them, thereby indicating in which zones the tool can be used. See chart below for Ex Zone definition
